Marek Tarka, PhD – doctor of philosophy in law and tax advisor. Graduate of and for many years lecturer at the Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. Graduate of the Harvard Business School and participant in a number of international scientific programmes pertaining to legal aspects of management (e.g. AOTS in Yokohama). Previously, member of management boards of consulting companies and consultant (e.g. at Arthur Andersen). Many years of experience as advisor to the management boards of the Panasonic and Velux groups.
